The candidate should be well versed with MS Excel to share periodic closing and channel reports (daily, weekly and quarterly)
Knowledge of SFDC is preferred as pulling reports, creating dashboards and extracting data from SFDC will be a part of KRA.
Overseeing the Sales process from Token to CRM handover and highlighting wherever the gaps are to the leadership in a timely manner.
The candidate should be an extrovert with good communication skills as he/she will be an integral part of Sales team and collaboration will be a key element.
The candidate should have analytical, problem solving and proactive approach.
The candidate should be preferably from the Real Estate background.
