Role Title: AM/DM- PCM-K (legal & Compliance)
Function/ Department: PCM-K (Legal & Compliance)
1. JOB PURPOSE

The candidate will be part of the Legal and Compliance Team, responsible for:
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Ensure-Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal compliance requirements across BU-K.
2.Contract-Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of business contracts, ensuring legal soundness and alignment with organizational objectives.
3.Legal-Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal opinions and advisory support to internal business teams on diverse transactional and operational matters.
4.Cross-Functional-Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.
5.Policy & SOP Implementation: Understand, interpret, and implement company SOPs, standard agreements, and templates to maintain consistency and compliance.
6.Training-Awareness: Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on legal issues, compliance requirements, and SOPs for various business verticals.
7.Department support: Supporting senior team members in achieving desired team objectives

Engage with empaneled law firms / legal consultants/ Government offices/authorities in respect of the assigned work
5. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications
Essential: LL. B degree from a recognized university
.Work Experience
Minimum of 3-4 years in law firms/in-house with experience particularly with compliances governing manufacturing operations in Haryana. The role involves managing legal documentation, providing transactional advisories, and supporting plant-level compliance initiatives.
Competencies & Skills
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal documentation (agreements, memorandums, undertakings, etc.).
Strong ability to interpret laws and provide practical solutions to complex compliance issues.
Familiarity with Haryana-specific labor laws, factory regulations, and environmental compliance norms.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict timelines.
Highly motivated and capable of functioning independently in a hands-on environment.
Excellent analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
Integrity, responsibility, and commitment to ethical practices.
Continuous monitoring of legislative changes and proactive compliance implementation.
