Educational Qualification:

.BE/B Tech in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering (Tier-1 College)

Years of experience:

.As per the Hiring norms for AM level with B.Tech Education

Nature of experience:

.Knowledge of manufacturing process of Automotive Electrical & Electronic parts & their Quality & Process evaluations preferable for mass production Quality Control.

Nature of Work:

.Quality Assurance, evaluation & process stabilization of:

oWiring Harness & Relays

oEngine Management System (Controllers, Sensors)

oBattery

oAudio display, Speedo meter etc.

Industry preference:

.Automobile Industry (4-wheeler / LCV / 2-Wheeler) & Electrical, Electronics OEMs, Suppliers.

KRAs

.Ensuring defect free product online and taking Quality improvement at vendors

.Initiating containment at production line for smooth running of mass production

.Defect analysis and implementation of adequate countermeasures at vendor process

.New Initiative for Quality part Development (defect free parts development)

.Cost Reduction

.Capability & skill development

Competencies/ Skills:

.Functional knowledge of Performance parameters of Electrical & Electronics parts

.In depth knowledge of layouting, routing, manufacturing process and best practices in Wiring harness industries.

.Good understanding of Electrical & Electronics circuits & drawings. You should be proficient in system circuits for quick troubleshooting.

.Knowledge of Electrical & Electronics parts testing & applicable standards (IS / JIS / JASO / DIN Etc.)

.Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of Auto Electrical & Electronics parts.

.Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.

.Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc).

.Clear & Good communication skills.

.Ability to work in a lean, multi-tasking environment.

.Ability to handle the product & situation independently.

Other Requirements:

.Computer environment proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentation and its data retrieval. (MS office)
