Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role for Construction Finance Valuation at Quantum ProjectInfra Pvt. Ltd. The role involves performing tasks such as RE Project Valuation and Cost analysis, overseeing construction valuations, conducting project inspections, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project execution. Multiple positions, based in Mumbai Hyderabad & Bengaluru.

Skill set required

• Strong understanding of CF Valuation methods and DCF models, along with knowledge of Architecture/Engineering principles
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost management to ensure financial control of construction projects
• Experience conducting professional-level Inspection of construction sites and projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for report preparation and project documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and meet project deadlines
• Educational background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with UDCPR, Real Estate development practices and market dynamics is an advantage
