Job Description - Alternative Medicine Practitioner

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Alternative Medicine Practitioner who can effectively train and support our Heath Supplement Distributors/ sellers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging product presentations, designing training modules, and ensuring that our distributors, leaders, and network partners fully understand the features, benefits, and usage of our products.
This role requires strong communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to motivate large groups in both online and offline setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions, seminars, and workshops for distributors and leaders.
- Develop training materials such as presentations, videos, guides, FAQs, and product manuals.
- Explain product USPs, benefits, usage instructions, and scientific backing in a simple, engaging manner.
- Ensure new distributors receive proper onboarding training about products, compensation plan basics, and selling methods.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to understand updates and modify training content accordingly.
- Assist in developing training frameworks, certification programs, and skill enhancement modules.
- Gather feedback from the field to improve training quality and share insights for product improvements.
- Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data and distributor feedback.
- Deliver training through live sessions, recorded modules, webinars, and in-person events.
- Support large-scale events, product launches, and recognition programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Direct Selling companies as a trainer or speaker (preferred).
- Strong command over product training, presentation skills, and communication.
- Ability to train large teams and motivate distributors.
- Good understanding of sales psychology, consumer behavior, and product positioning.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness and improve strategies.
- Proficiency with tools used for training: PowerPoint, LMS, Webinars, Zoom/Google Meet, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Should be confident in presenting products in front of business leaders, large groups, and events.
- Comfortable with frequent training sessions, both in-office and on-field.
- Motivational training & knowledge of nutrition/ dietetics/ distributor and product storytelling.
- Ability to simplify complex product information for easy understanding.
