We are seeking an experienced Allscripts SCM / TouchWorks Application Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, specifically in Allscripts SCM and TouchWorks, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these applications within the healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and support Allscripts SCM and TouchWorks applications to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and provide solutions to enhance application functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing technical support for Allscripts applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective usage of the applications.

Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in application support or analysis, specifically with Allscripts SCM and TouchWorks.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical applications.
