Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Salesforce Alliance Manager to lead and grow our partnership with Salesforce in the Middle East region. This role is crucial for aligning our go-to-market strategy with Salesforce's regional priorities and leveraging the alliance to drive pipeline growth, joint solution development, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working within or alongside Salesforce, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the local business landscape in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alliance Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a regional alliance strategy with Salesforce to support business growth across key Middle Eastern markets.
- Identify and pursue co-selling and co-marketing opportunities in collaboration with Salesforce field teams.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce's local and regional teams, including sales, alliances, marketing, and solution engineering.
- Serve as the single point of contact between the organization and Salesforce in the region.
- Pipeline Development:
- Drive joint business development initiatives and ensure alignment on target industries, accounts, and solutions.
- Monitor, track, and report on pipeline, influence, and revenue metrics tied to Salesforce-related activities.
- Solution Enablement:
- Work with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to align Salesforce's capabilities with the company's service offerings.
- Ensure certifications, training, and capability development of Salesforce consultants in the region.
- Marketing & Events:
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, industry events, and Salesforce ecosystem engagements.
- Increase brand visibility in the Salesforce ecosystem through thought leadership, case studies, and participation in local user groups.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce partner requirements, including certifications, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Manage Salesforce Partner Portal updates and partnership tiers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in alliance management, strategic partnerships, or business development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience working in or with the Middle East region with strong knowledge of local business practices and cultures.
- Proven success in building and managing high-impact partnerships with Salesforce or similar cloud platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce's solution portfolio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with industries such as public sector, telecom, financial services, or real estate in the GCC.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans effectively.
- Experience with CRM, partner management tools, and Salesforce Partner Community.
