AI/ML Lead – Computer Vision (Production Systems)

Description:

We are hiring an AI/ML Lead – Vision Products to build and scale production-grade computer vision systems powering real-world enterprise use cases across image and video analytics.

You will own end-to-end development of vision pipelines, from model design to deployment, and lead a team working on high-impact AI products.

What you'll do:

• Build and deploy computer vision models (image + video) at scale
• Design high-throughput ML pipelines (training → inference → monitoring)
• Work on object detection, segmentation, OCR, video analytics
• Optimize models for real-time inference (edge/cloud)
• Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers
• Collaborate with product teams to build enterprise-grade AI products

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years in AI/ML with strong computer vision experience
• Hands-on with PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Experience building production ML systems (not just research)
• Strong Python + ML pipeline development
• Experience with large-scale image/video data
• Proven team leadership / ownership
