Job Description

Job Title : Airwatch-Intune-Citrix Endpoint Administration
Location : Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience : 3- 5 - P2

Job Description :
This is Tech Support / System Consultant requirement for ImageRight or AMS 360 Agency Management System
Need Enterprise Application support profiles
  • Application production support with Azure knowledge ,
  • IIS and/or SQL and Multi-tiered application environment support experience
  • Perform SCCM patch installations, upgrades, and configurations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patch management processes, including patch inventory, deployment schedules, and system configurations.
  • Basic knowledge of WorkSmart/ImageRight applications & ImageRight Services
  • Windows server and service monitoring experience.
  • Technical support and single point of contact for Vertafore ImageRight, AMS 360
  • Trouble shooting window server and ImageRight issues.
  • Windows server post patching support
  • Provided implementation & product support to the business as well as technical users.
  • Must be able to configure, create, and demonstrate the technical components of the product
  • Knowledge of best practices and ability to coach/train business end-users on Agency Management system
  • Insurance knowledge, customer service skills, SFDC integration, policy rating software, and general troubleshooting skills
