Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist arriving and departing passengers in a professional manner
  • Coordinate airport transfers (pick-ups and drop-offs)
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently
  • Liaise with airline staff, immigration authorities, and ground handling teams
  • Assist guests with baggage and guide them through airport procedures
  • Monitor flight schedules and adjust arrangements accordingly
  • Maintain records of arrivals, departures, and guest movements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or airport operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Good knowledge of airport procedures and local routes
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication)
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
