Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist arriving and departing passengers in a professional manner
- Coordinate airport transfers (pick-ups and drop-offs)
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently
- Liaise with airline staff, immigration authorities, and ground handling teams
- Assist guests with baggage and guide them through airport procedures
- Monitor flight schedules and adjust arrangements accordingly
- Maintain records of arrivals, departures, and guest movements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or airport operations is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of airport procedures and local routes
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication)
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
