Veedee Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team at the Port Blair Airport Lounge. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airport operations and a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations at the airport lounge, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. - Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts in a 24x7 environment. - Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery. - Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinating with the Purchase & Store Executive to maintain adequate stock levels. - Assist in training new staff and conducting performance evaluations. Required Skills: - Proven experience in airport operations or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24x7 airport environment and should be willing to arrange their own accommodation in Port Blair. A meal will be provided during shifts.
