- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in process by verifying travel documents and assigning seats
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled individuals
- Coordinate with other airport staff, including ground crew and security, to ensure safe and timely departure of flights
- Perform security checks on passengers and their baggage
- Handle and process baggage, including loading and unloading from aircrafts
- Maintain accurate records of flight and passenger information
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures as per company and regulatory guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for passengers Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
