Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight bookings.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per airline guidelines.
- Handle PNR creation, modification, and queue management.
- Calculate fares, taxes, and refunds accurately.
- Process group bookings and MICE movement reservations when required.
- Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, seat confirmations, or special service requests (SSR).
- Provide fare quotes and itineraries to clients promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of tickets and maintain records for billing and reconciliation.
- Stay updated on airline promotions, policies, and IATA regulations.
- Offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.
