JUST4U Tours & Travels Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Airline Ticketing & Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international flight bookings, assisting customers with travel planning, and managing ticketing operations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, and other airline reservation platforms.
The role requires a strong understanding of airfare structures, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds, along with the ability to provide excellent customer support throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage domestic and international flight bookings for customers.
- Use Amadeus, Galileo, and other GDS systems for ticket reservations, fare checks, ticket issuance, and modifications.
- Assist customers with flight schedules, fare rules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
- Handle ticket cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales communication.
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve booking-related issues.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and smooth travel experiences for clients.
Required Skills- Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS ticketing systems
- Knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel sales environment
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in travel agency or airline ticketing preferred
