Description Of The Task
All listed activities are carried out in compliance with all valid operational, customer/manufacturer-specific and aviation law requirements; if necessary in English.
- Professional guidance and instruction of employees
- Preparation and execution of extensive repairs, new productions and assemblies in several authorized systems or material areas (e.g. metalworking, carpentry, upholstery, composite, etc.); depending on instruction and authorization; according to specific specifications (approved data)
- Carrying out special manufacturing processes (e.g. machine edging, tube bending, etc.)
- Setting, programming and carrying out care and maintenance work on machines or test benches if necessary
- Carrying out field services (e.g. changing pipes, installing carpets, repairs on site, etc.)
- Determination of parts and material availability on the basis of specified production documents
- Selection and use of the necessary manufacturing processes, work equipment and tools
- Creating Simple Manufacturing Tools
- Checking the parts/components for correctness, completeness (e.g. correct type, part numbers, number, etc.)
- Removing, cutting of semi-finished products and return of remaining stock
- Reporting faults, deficiencies and shortages
- Preparation and repositioning, if necessary adjustment, of assembly fixtures, machines and production aids
- Setting up gauges and taking measurements
- Document and sign off on the work carried out and test results in the production route maps as part of the documented worker inspection (DWP); Confirmation in the RMS and time writing in the PDA system
- Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work on manual work equipment (riveting tools, drills, grinders, etc.)
