Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Air Freight / CHA Operations Executive to manage air export operations, coordinate with airlines, CHA, and IATA agents, and ensure smooth shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA) for export documentation and customs clearance
• Handle airline coordination for flight booking and courier movement
• Manage flight bookings and space allocation with airlines
• Follow up with CHA for timely clearance and flight status
• Ensure compliance with IATA and customs regulations
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as AWB, invoices, and packing lists
• Track flight and update internal teams on fligfht status
• Resolve operational issues related to air freight and customs
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 13 years of experience working under CHA

* Hands-on experience in air export operations

* Knowledge of CHA procedures, IATA rules, and airline coordination

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation

* Experience in freight forwarding or logistics company

* Familiar with airline portals and cargo booking systems
