The firm provide services like supply of stationaries and electronics, repair of electronics, renovation etc. Although this firm incorporates from Guwahati, most of its working sites are in Garo Hills, Meghalaya.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Conditioning Engineer at Maa Santoshi Trading Company located in Assam, India. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for building maintenance, building services, facility management (FM), maintenance & repair, and HVAC-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Building Services and HVAC knowledge
- Experience in Facility Management (FM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
