We are seeking an experienced AIOps Data Analytics Engineer with expertise in ignio to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and machine learning, with a proven ability to drive improvements in IT operations through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AIOps solutions using ignio for data analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AIOps tools with existing systems and workflows.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for performance improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and analytics.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities within AIOps processes.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights based on data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or a related domain.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AIOps tools, specifically ignio, and familiarity with IT operations.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
