# Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in machine learning, AI system design, or ML engineering (with architecture responsibilities).
- Min 5+ Yrs experience as AIML/GenAI Architect is must
- Proven experience in architecting, deploying, and operating ML/AI models in production.
- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector search.
- Strong experience with transformer models, Hugging Face ecosystem, LoRA/QLoRA, diffusion models.
- Strong Python engineering skills with solid understanding of software design principles.
- Experience architecting data pipelines, feature pipelines, and end-to-end ML workflows.
- Experience with at least one major cloud (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also considered).
- Strong grounding in MLOps practices, version control, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, architecture thinking, and technical communication skills.
