About The Opportunity

A creative-technology studio operating in the technology and digital creative services sector, focused on delivering AI-driven visual content and brand experiences. We build production-ready generative visual systems and design assets that scale across web, social, product and motion channels. This on-site role in India will drive the visual future of product and marketing through generative tools and design systems.

Role & Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality generative visuals and iterations using diffusion and imagegeneration tools to meet campaign, product UI, and marketing briefs.
• Create, validate, and refine prompt engineering strategies and multi-step pipelines to deliver consistent, brand-aligned outputs.
• Post-process AI outputs into production-ready assets (raster, vector, motion, and 3D) and hand off organized files to engineering and content teams.
• Design reusable templates, asset libraries, and style systems that embed generative AI into the studio's production workflow.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering to translate creative requirements into scalable generative solutions and automated pipelines.
• Document best practices, optimize cost/quality trade-offs, and mentor designers on tooling, quality control, and ethical use of generative models.
