Role Description

This is an on-site, contract position based in Hyderabad for an AI Video Specialist. The AI Video Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end video production, including creating, editing, and delivering high-quality video content. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create media assets for marketing, training, or other organizational needs. The specialist will also engage with innovative AI technologies to enhance video content and adapt it for various digital platforms.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Create cinematic video and image content using AI platforms (Veo, Kling, Runway, Pika,ComfyUI, etc.).
• Design structured prompts incorporating camera metadata, lens details, colour science, motion physics, and scene continuity.
• Ensure visual consistency across characters, environments, lighting, framing, and tone.
• Build and optimise workflows for AI video generation, enhancement, upscaling, colour grading, and VFX polish.
• Maintain documentation for prompt libraries, asset metadata, versioning, and workflow standards.

Technical & Academic Requirements:

• 12 years of relevant experience in AI media generation, visual content creation, or digital filmmaking.
• Academic background inVisual Communication, Film, Multimedia, Animation, or related disciplinespreferred.
• Strong understanding of cinematography fundamentals: composition, camera movement, focal length, exposure, frame rate, and colour workflows.
• Familiarity with film/VFX toolchains and NLEs (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
• Bonus: Python or workflow automation experience.
