Job Description

This is a full-time role based in Kolkata (12 PM 9 PM), primarily on-site with occasional hybrid flexibility, for an AI Video Specialist.

The AI Video Specialist will be responsible for creating AI-driven video content including cinematic films, ad creatives, and short-form social media videos. The role involves managing end-to-end AI video production workflowsfrom concept and prompt creation to generation, editing, and final delivery.

Responsibilities include developing creative visual concepts, generating AI videos, editing and enhancing outputs, maintaining visual consistency, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project objectives. This role requires strong execution speed, attention to detail, and a passion for AI-powered media production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video production and media production processes
• Strong expertise in video editing, storytelling, and visual composition
• Hands-on experience with at least one of:
• Higgsfield
• Kling AI
• Google Flow
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• ElevenLabs
• Understanding of new media tools and AI-driven content workflows
• Experience creating ad creatives, reels, and short-form social content
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving trends in AI and media production

Good to have

• Experience with additional AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.)
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Motion graphics, VFX, or animation skills
• Scriptwriting or storyboarding experience
