Role Overview
Own the end-to-end Productionfrom script to final video to channel growth. Focus on creating high-retention educational content using editing expertise and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce end-to-end videos from scripts/raw lectures
- Use AI tools for editing, dubbing, subtitles, and asset creation
- Create motion graphics to simplify concepts and improve engagement
- Own Social media channel performance (watch time, retention, CTR, growth)
- Optimize content using analytics and performance insights
- Collaborate with educators and content team on scripts and formats
- Ensure consistent quality, fast turnaround, and scalable output
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in video editing / content production
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Experience with AI tools (Runway, Descript, etc.)
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred)
- Understanding of YouTube growth metrics
- Strong storytelling and attention to detail
