Job Summary
We are looking for a
highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Editor to join our
Content Team, focusing on producing high-quality video content for our
Tamil-speaking audience. The ideal candidate should be adept at using
Generative AI tools to craft visually compelling stories that align with our brand's vision.
You will combine
AI innovation, storytelling, and advanced editing techniques to transform raw footage into polished, engaging short-form content that resonates with Tamil viewers across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Powered Editing: Use cutting-edge Generative AI tools to assemble, enhance, and refine raw footage into professional-quality videos.
- High-Volume Production: Deliver at least 3 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) per day, ensuring top-tier quality and creativity.
- Creative Enhancement: Incorporate AI-generated visuals, effects, sound, and graphics to elevate content aesthetics and engagement.
- Technical Execution: Perform background removal, precise video cuts, transitions, and color grading to ensure a polished final product.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Stay at the forefront of AI video trends and visual storytelling techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with anchors, content writers, and graphic designers to ensure content authenticity and cultural accuracy.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently, maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with AI advancements, editing technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Technical Skills- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI video tools such as RunwayML, Descript, Veed.io, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in traditional editing software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
Language & Communication
- Fluency in Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong English communication skills for subtitles, metadata, and on-screen text accuracy.
