Role Description

We are hiring a full-time AI Video Editor to work directly with the founder and own short-form video execution end-to-end. This role combines creative direction, AI-native production, and strong editing craft. You will create and publish content across multiple accounts with speed, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan and adapt video-first content for X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.
• Convert scripts/ideas into polished edits with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and retention-focused storytelling.
• Operate AI-native production workflows for concepting, generation, and post-production.
• Collaborate closely with founder on creative direction, tests, and rapid iterations.
• Manage output across multiple content accounts while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Skills:

1. Strong working knowledge of AI tools for video and image generation.
2. Excellent editing fundamentals: storytelling, rhythm, structure, transitions, subtitle design, and sound design.
3. Hands-on proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
4. Ability to produce polished, contemporary social edits with high attention to detail.
5. Understanding of platform-native best practices for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn.
6. Strong ownership mindset, communication skills, and ability to execute with minimal hand-holding.

Output Expectations:

- Minimum baseline: 1 finished video per day.

- Consistent turnaround with production quality suitable for public posting.

- Ability to absorb feedback quickly and ship improved revisions fast.

Working Model

This is a full-time, high-accountability role. You will work directly with the founder and contribute to content velocity and quality across multiple brands/accounts.

Selection Process

Step 2: Evaluation on quality, AI-native workflow, and speed.

Step 3: Interview round for shortlisted candidates.
