Video Editor (AI Educational App)

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor with 12 years of experience who understands both editing fundamentals and modern AI workflows. You will create high-impact ad creatives, short-form videos, and long-form educational content for a fast-growing AI app. This is a high-ownership role where your work will directly influence user growth and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-performing ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, and social platforms

Create engaging short-form videos (Reels / Shorts)

Edit long-form educational content for the app

Repurpose content into multiple formats

Use AI tools to improve speed, output, and creative quality

Collaborate with marketing to execute performance-focused creatives

Must-Have Requirements (Read Carefully Before Applying)

12 years of professional video editing experience

Experience editing ads or performance-driven content

Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retention

Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci (After Effects is a plus)

Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, Adobe AI, etc.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
