We are hiring an AI-first Video Editor Intern to create high-converting ad creatives using modern AI video tools. This role is focused on AI video generation and fast, performance-driven editing rather than traditional editing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create video ads using AI video generation tools
- Edit and optimize short-form content for performance marketing
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing
- Work on UGC-style ads and social media creatives
- Collaborate on concepts, hooks, and storytelling for ads
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, InVideo, etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Understanding of short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos)
- Basic knowledge of ad creatives and performance marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, test-driven environment
