We build products and content for playful people across children, parents, and young adults.

We are not a typical toy brand. We are building a culture around play.

We are looking for someone who can translate that into powerful, consistent content.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Content Creative Lead to own and elevate BeginBird's content identity across Instagram, YouTube and short-form platforms.

This is a taste + storytelling + execution leadership role.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of content:

• Feels intentional

• Feels premium

• Feels culturally relevant

• Aligns with our Playful People positioning

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Ownership

• Translate brand positioning into recurring content series

• Conceptualize reels, statics, and campaigns

• Build a cohesive visual language

• Ensure brand tone consistency

2. Shoot Direction & Production

• Plan monthly shoot days

• Create shot lists and content calendars

• Direct videographer and designer on set

• Ensure aesthetic quality of output

3. Content System Building

• Build repeatable formats (e.g., Playful People, Play Opinions)

• Maintain a 3–4 week content buffer

• Create structured content calendars

• Track performance and optimize formats

4. Team Coordination

• Work closely with:

• Social media manager

• Graphic designer

• Videographer/editor

• Review and approve content before publishing

5. Campaign Leadership

• Lead product launch storytelling (e.g., Nuglets)

• Integrate products naturally into brand narrative

• Avoid generic influencer-style content

What This Role Is NOT

• Not just influencer coordination

• Not only scheduling posts

• Not a meme page

• Not generic D2C marketing

We are building a long-term brand identity.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years in content, branding, or creative storytelling

• Strong aesthetic sense

• Understands short-form video deeply

• Has worked with lifestyle / D2C / design brands (preferred)

• Can think in formats, not random posts

• Understands culture without chasing trends blindly

• Strong execution discipline

Bonus

• Experience directing shoots

• Basic editing ability

• Visual storytelling instincts

• Understanding of parent + Gen Z audiences
