PEF Academy is seeking a skilled and creative Content Designer & AI Video Editor with hands-on experience in modern design and video tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing high-quality social media creatives, promotional videos, and AI-generated content aligned with brand standards.

. Clean Cuts, good pacing, clear story telling

Required Software Skills

Candidates must have strong working knowledge of:

Canva (Advanced Design & Branding)

Filmora (Video Editing & Effects)

CapCut / KineMaster (Short-form Content Editing)

AI Video Generators (e.g., text-to-video tools, AI avatars, voiceover automation)

Skills:

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing

Thumbnail & YouTube optimization knowledge

Experience creating educational content

Certification in Graphic Design / Video Editing / Digital Media

1+ year practical experience preferred

Strong understanding of social media formats

Creative storytelling & editing skills

Time management and professionalism

Qualifications:

Strong skills in AI Video Production and AI Video Editing

Competence in creating professional and creative Graphics

Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in a team-based environment
