About the Role

AdShift Media is looking for talented Freelance AI Video Editors to join our creative team. We specialize in building AI-led content and high-performance ads for fast-growing startups and digital brands.

This is a high-volume, remote freelance opportunity for editors who are comfortable at the intersection of AI technology and performance marketing. If you can turn around high-quality, attention-grabbing content quickly, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging 2D/3D and AI-generated video content (reels, ads, and social content).
• Utilize AI video workflows to speed up production without sacrificing visual quality.
• Execute post-production tasks including cuts, transitions, audio sync, and motion graphics.
• Maintain a fast turnaround (7-8 short videos per day) while remaining responsive to same-day feedback/iterations.
• Focus on retention-based editing to ensure ads perform effectively for clients.

What We're Looking For

• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Runway, Veo, HeyGen, Grok, or ElevenLabs.
• Creative Instincts: A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a video scroll-stopping.
• Versatility: Ability to handle both 2D/3D animations (specifically for kids content or performance ads).
• Reliability: You are highly responsive and can meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
