We need creators who can turn ideas into high-quality micro-learning videos and ads that are as engaging as they are educational.

We're hiring an AI Video Creator who can transform scripts, ideas, and life-skill concepts into short, high-retention videos for:

• Mindsnack in-app lessons (2-minute content)
• Mindsnack social media videos
• Mindsnack ads (app install ads, UGC-style ads, explainer-style ads)

• Turn 12 minute life-skill scripts into engaging, fast-paced videos
• Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to enhance visuals
• Add clean motion graphics, typography, diagrams, and explanatory visuals
• Create short social videos based on Mindsnack lessons
• Produce ad creatives that highlight the learn in 2 minutes value
• Break complex ideas into simple, visual moments
• Create multiple versions (hooks, pacing, style) for testing
• Match the brand's tone: smart, crisp, no-bullshit learning
• Edit using CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci whichever makes you fast
• Collaborate with the content team on topics and scripts

• Strong storytelling instincts for educational short-form content
• Ability to make videos that hold attention no dead air, no filler
• Experience with AI video/image tools
• Understanding of pacing, clarity, and cognitive load
• Good taste in visuals + typography
• Someone who edits FAST and iterates FAST
• Ability to simplify complicated ideas with visuals
• On-site availability in Koramangala

• Experience making educational / explainer content
• Understanding of psychology, productivity, or life skills (any domain helps)
• Ability to write or refine scripts
• Prior experience with ad creatives
• Motion graphics basics
