The Role
We're hiring a
social-first video editor for TikTok, Reels & Shorts (US-focused).
What You Will Be Doing
- Turn raw footage into high-retention, viral edits
- Build strong 12 second hooks
- Remix fatigued ads into new formats
- Create multiple variations to test performance
- Edit for Hook Rate, Watch Time & CTR
- Fast execution. Constant iteration.
Must Have
- Strong editing skills (Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut)
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture
- Proven ability to edit for retention
- Comfort with memes, subtitles, viral audio
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
- Portfolio with viral content (100K+ views preferred).
- Full-time, in-person in Delhi.
