AI Video Content Creator (Marketing + Short-Form Drama + Film)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Type: Full-time

Experience: Portfolio-first (AI experience not required)

About the role

We're hiring an AI Video Content Creator to help us produce three types of video: (1) marketing videos, (2) short-form dramas, and (3) full-length movies.

You don't need prior AI tool experiencewe'll train you on our AI video workflows and tools. What's essential is creative taste: you're a strong storyteller with a sharp sense of what makes a script and video feel real, engaging, and high quality.

What you'll make
  • Marketing videos: ads, trailers, product promos, landing-page videos, social growth assets
  • Short-form dramas: episodic content (30180 seconds), cliffhangers, character arcs, dialogue, pacing
  • Movies: longer narrative projectsstory development, scene planning, visual continuity, edits, polish
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end creation: concept script storyboard/shot list AI scene generation editing final delivery
  • Write and revise scripts (hooks, structure, dialogue, emotional beats, endings)
  • Translate scripts into shot-by-shot plans and maintain visual consistency across scenes
  • Direct AI generation to achieve continuity (characters, locations, tone, style) through iteration
  • Edit for cinematic pacing: sound, music, VO, subtitles, transitions, color/texture consistency
  • Produce multiple variations (especially for marketing) and refine based on performance feedback
  • Build reusable templates: ad structures, trailer formats, episode beats, scene checklist, QC pipeline
Core requirements (must-have)
  • Strong storytelling and writing ability (structure, dialogue, pacing, emotion)
  • High creative taste: you can recognize what looks polished vs. amateur
  • Video editing skill or the ability to learn quickly (timing, rhythm, subtitles, sound)
  • Organized production mindset (can manage assets, versions, scenes, revisions)
  • Comfort with iteration and feedback (you can improve fast)
Nice-to-have (not required)
  • Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Veo, Runway, Pika, Luma)
  • Film/TV background: storyboarding, directing, continuity, sound design
  • Motion graphics or design (thumbnails, titles, compositing)
  • Experience writing short drama or episodic series
We will train you
  • AI video tools + workflows (text-to-video, image-to-video, scene extension, upscaling)
  • Prompting and iteration techniques for quality + continuity
  • Our production system (templates, shot library, asset management, QC checklist)
What success looks like (first 6090 days)
  • Ship consistent marketing videos with improving performance and polish
  • Deliver at least one strong short-form drama episode (or mini-arc)
  • Contribute to a larger film project: scenes that match style and continuity
  • Document repeatable processes (formats, templates, prompts, checklists)
