Role Overview

We're hunting for a creative powerhouse and AI-savvy video producer who lives and breathes content creation! If you dream in storyboards, speak fluent algorithms, and get excited about the latest AI tools we want YOU on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Produce engaging, high-quality videos from concept to final cut
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline and enhance video production
• Transform scripts, ideas, and raw footage into viral-worthy content
• Create eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets

Platform Optimization

• Adapt content for various aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
• Optimize videos for SEO, discoverability, and engagement
• Master short-form content (15-60 seconds) AND long-form storytelling
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate for better results

Collaboration & Strategy

• Brainstorm creative video concepts with the content team
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines like a pro
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats
• Align content with brand voice and marketing objectives

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 2-3 years of video editing/production experience
• Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools
• Strong creative eye and storytelling abilities
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

• Experience with podcast/interview-style editing

• Motion graphics and animation skills
