Mission
Turn briefs into thumb-stopping 1560s cinematic videos using AI video models, then polish for TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts.
What you'll do
- Turn product ideas into hooks, micro-storyboards, and shot lists.
- Generate shots with state-of-the-art AI video tools (see stack below), then stitch into a coherent 3060s edit.
- Add captions, SFX, VO/music; color-match shots; export vertical 9:16 masters and variants.
- Iterate from performance data (hooks, A/Bs, watch time, CTR) and keep a repeatable template library.
Must-have skills
- Hands-on with at least one top-tier gen-video model (e.g., Google Veo 3 via Gemini/Flow, Runway Gen-4, Luma Dream Machine/Ray) for cinematic shots.
- Strong prompt craft + reference-guided generation (style frames, lens/lighting cues).
- Fast editor: captions & social cuts (CapCut/Descript) + pro finishing (Premiere or DaVinci Resolve).
- Understand vertical storytelling (first 35s hook, pacing, retention curves).
- Basic audio: VO cleanup, music timing, sound design.
