About the Role

The AI Adoption Lead will drive end-to-end execution of AI adoption across all Sarder businesses, positioning the organization as Customer-0 for enterprise AI transformation.

This role focuses on turning AI initiatives from pilots into real operational workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes. The leader will work across functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Product, and Support to redesign workflows, enforce adoption, and ensure measurable ROI through AI-enabled processes.

Success in this role means AI becoming embedded in everyday business operations, manual work significantly reduced, and business value measured through time savings, cost efficiency, and revenue impact.

What You Will Do

• Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Product, and Support teams

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable ROI

• Redesign workflows by embedding AI into day-to-day operational processes

• Define and document pre-AI vs post-AI processes and operating models

• Measure and track business impact including time savings, cost reductions, and revenue gains

• Drive change management initiatives to ensure behavioral adoption across teams

• Influence leadership stakeholders and manage resistance to ensure AI usage becomes part of standard workflows

• Develop success metrics and maintain executive-level dashboards tracking adoption and performance

• Lead and manage the AI Adoption Office (AIAO) team including dedicated resources and business unit SMEs

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with minimal bureaucracy and rapid execution cycles

• Convert internal learnings into structured AI adoption playbooks, templates, and SOPs

• Support commercialization efforts by transforming successful internal use cases into scalable offerings for Adoptify AI®

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field

• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise execution, transformation, or operational leadership roles

• Proven experience leading large-scale system, automation, or AI implementations

• Strong business acumen with demonstrated ownership of measurable outcomes

Preferred Experience

• Consulting background (Big 4, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, or similar)

• Experience leading internal digital transformation or automation initiatives in mid-to-large enterprises

• Hands-on exposure to GenAI adoption in business workflows

• Experience implementing CRM, ERP, RPA, analytics, or AI platforms
