Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation programs across multiple business domains
  • Drive solution design and implementation leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI
  • Partner with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams to define AI transformation roadmaps
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with a strong focus on measurable business impact
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to foster innovation and AI adoption
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to scale AI solutions across the enterprise

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in program or project management with strong delivery ownership
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML solutions, GenAI applications, or intelligent automation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of modern AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise AI adoption challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong passion for technology transformation and ability to evangelize AI adoption

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1315 years of overall IT or delivery experience
  • 35 years of experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics programs
  • Certifications in AI/ML, Generative AI, or project/program management (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are a plus
