About the Role:
We are looking for a C/C++ Developer to join us in driving high-impact AI and systems-level projects. You will work closely with top AI research and engineering teams to build, evaluate, and optimize foundational models and performance-critical systems.
This role blends your deep technical understanding of low-level programming, memory management, and system design with structured experimentation and problem-solving to enhance AI efficiency, reliability, and technical precision.
In this position, you'll collaborate with experts at the intersection of AI, systems programming, and high-performance computing, contributing to improving model reasoning, runtime performance, and code-level accuracy in state-of-the-art AI and simulation environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed code reviews of C/C++ programs.
- Evaluate and rate submissions against established rubrics.
- Identify logic errors, performance issues, and coding inefficiencies.
- Provide constructive feedback on code quality, structure, and adherence to standards.
- Perform debugging and validation to ensure functionality and correctness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and quality in evaluation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in C/C++ development.
* Experience with code debugging, static analysis, and code optimization.
* Familiarity with C/C++ compilers, build tools, and IDEs (e.g., GCC, Visual Studio, CLion).
* Ability to interpret and follow evaluation rubrics with attention to detail.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
