About Multiplier AI: Multiplier AI is looking for a AI Technical Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of our AI-powered Data Cloud platform for US and European Markets. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and smooth delivery of technical & business Milestone. We help top pharmaceutical companies like Abbott, Cipla, Sun Pharma, Glenmark, and Galderma optimize operations and enhance decision-making with AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality output.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Utilize Python for data cleaning, processing, and validation, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Develop and implement project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while tracking progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly in the pharma sector (if applicable).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in pharma, or AI-driven environments.
- Proven experience in project delivery, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Strong Python skills, particularly in data cleaning, processing, and automation.
- Excellent team leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
- Develop & manage project roadmaps, milestones, and timelines.
- Align cross-functional teams including engineering, product, sales, and customer success.
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of product features and integrations.
- Track KPIs, dependencies, and risks, and drive issue resolution.
- Implement Agile and Scrum best practices to enhance execution efficiency.
- Facilitate weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Own communication with leadership, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation, project budgets, and team productivity.
