Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for generative AI models running on Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock.
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI services with existing microservices built using Spring Boot.
- Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic to track system health, diagnose issues, and improve system resilience.
- Assist in deployment, scaling, and maintenance of AI models in cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
- Document support procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in AI, cloud services, and monitoring tools.
Primary Skills Required
- Strong experience withGenerative AI models(e.g., large language models, diffusion models, transformer architecture).
- Hands-on experience working withAzure AI servicesincluding deployment and monitoring of AI models.
- Familiarity withAWS Bedrockand its capabilities for managing and deploying foundation models in production.
Secondary Skills
- Experience in building, maintaining, or supportingSpring Boot microservicesin cloud environments.
- Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such asSplunkandNew Relic.
- Good understanding of cloud architecture and microservice-based applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in supporting AI or ML models in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Certifications in Azure AI, AWS, or related cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
