Role Description

AI Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end AI-enabled systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms and workflows. This role requires strong system design capability, deep experience with enterprise integrations, and the ability to translate complex business processes into scalable technical architectures. The role plays a critical part in ensuring AI solutions are reliable, secure, and production-ready.

Theopportunity
The AI Senior Solutions Architect will play a key role in shaping how AI solutions are orchestrated and embedded across enterprise systems. This role focuses on system design, integration, and delivery, ensuring AI-driven workflows operate reliably at scale. Through close collaboration with engineering, platform, and security teams, the role directly contributes to the successful deployment and adoption of AI capabilities across business functions.

Your keyresponsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end AI agent orchestration and enterprise integrations
Translate complex business workflows into scalable and resilient technical architectures
Define how AI agents interact with enterprise systems, data platforms, and identity services
Own complex integrations and unblock delivery teams on cross-system dependencies
Ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of AI-enabled workflows
Collaborate closely with engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure compliant and secure integrations
Skills and attributes for success
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or platform engineering, with a focus on technology or AI projects
Strong system design and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate across distributed systems and complex enterprise environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
To qualify for the role you must have
Hands-on experience in at least two to three of the following areas:
Compound AI systems design, including agentic AI, RAG or KAG architectures, prompt and context engineering, and evaluation frameworks
Cloud computing experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP with cloud-native design patterns
Microservices and API architecture experience, including event-driven and service-oriented architectures
Production experience with Kubernetes, DevOps, and SRE practices
Strong understanding of application and platform security, including OAuth, PII handling, AI guardrails, and content filtering
Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
Deep experience integrating heterogeneous enterprise systems using APIs and messaging patterns
Familiarity with identity, RBAC, and enterprise security models
Experience operating in regulated or sovereign enterprise environments
