About The Role
We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer who can bridge the gap between business requirements and advanced AI technologies. In this role, you will work closely with architects, sales teams, and development teams to design and demonstrate AI solutions that solve real enterprise problems.
You will be responsible for creating prototypes, designing GenAI architectures, and demonstrating the business value of AI solutions to clients during early engagement stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales and architecture teams to design AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI capabilities
- Design and implement GenAI architectures using LLMs and RAG frameworks
- Translate business challenges into technically feasible AI solutions
- Support the early stages of the sales cycle by showcasing AI solutions to clients
- Guide development teams during implementation and provide technical direction
- Evaluate cloud AI services and select appropriate tools for each use case
- Communicate complex AI solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution design
- Strong hands-on experience across the AI/ML lifecycle
- Deep understanding of LLMs, SLMs, and Generative AI systems
- Experience with RAG implementations and vector databases
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph
- Strong prompt engineering and embeddings experience
- Experience building real-world GenAI applications
Cloud & Platform Experience
Hands-on experience with at least two of the following :
- AWS Bedrock or SageMaker
- Google Vertex AI
- Azure Machine Learning
- OpenAI APIs
Good To Have
- Experience with Agent workflows and AI orchestration
- Knowledge of cloud security and AI cost optimization (FinOps)
- Understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and big data concepts
