What You Will Do

• Design and build production-grade AI systems, end-to-end
• Architect Retrieval Reasoning Action pipelines
• Implement and optimize RAG-based systems
• Work hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise APIs
• Deploy scalable solutions on Azure
• Own delivery from problem definition to production rollout

You will make architectural decisions and see your solutions deployed in enterprise settings.

Technical Expertise Required

Engineering

• Strong production-level Python
• API design (FastAPI / Flask or similar)
• Microservices & distributed systems
• Clean, modular architecture
• Writing maintainable, testable code

AI / ML Fundamentals

• Optimization (gradient descent, regularization)
• Model evaluation rigor
• Statistical inference
• Ability to diagnose model failure modes

LLM & GenAI Systems (Hands-On Experience Required)

• RAG architecture
• Embeddings & semantic search
• Vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Azure AI Search or similar)
• Prompt evaluation & hallucination mitigation
• Structured outputs & guardrails
• Cost & latency optimization

You must have shipped at least one real AI feature to production.

Data & Deployment

• Strong SQL and data modeling
• ETL/ELT understanding
• Azure deployment experience
• Docker + CI/CD
• Monitoring & observability
