ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Social Media Manager to build and scale Humynlabs digital presence across platforms. You will own the end-to-end social media strategy, create engaging AI-focused content, and help position Humynlabs as a leading voice in the AI ecosystem.
This role requires someone who understands internet culture, storytelling, and AI trends and can turn complex ideas into content that resonates with developers, creators, and the global tech community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit
- Plan and manage the content calendar to maintain consistent publishing cadence
- Identify opportunities to grow brand visibility within the AI and tech community
Content Creation
- Create high-quality posts, threads, campaigns, and storytelling content around AI, technology, and product updates
- Collaborate with design teams to develop visuals, carousels, and short-form content
- Leverage AI tools to improve content production speed and quality
Brand & Community Building
- Define and maintain the Humynlabs brand voice across all social channels
- Engage actively with developers, AI enthusiasts, and tech communities
- Turn product launches, features, and milestones into compelling narrative stories
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and audience behavior
- Experiment with new content formats and emerging platform trends
REQUIREMENTS
- 36 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy
- Proven track record managing social media accounts for tech startups, AI companies, or digital-first brands
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with an eye for detail
- Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and platform-specific growth strategies
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing workflows
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience working with AI or developer-focused products
- Strong knowledge of AI industry trends and emerging technologies
- Experience managing or growing community-driven platforms and technical audiences
