AI + SEO Content Strategist

We're looking for a sharp, automation-first operator to lead and scale our SEO content engine — someone who thinks in systems, not just keywords.

This isn't a typical content role. You'll architect and manage an SEO content operation that produces hundreds — even thousands — of high-quality articles per month, powered by AI and smart automation. You'll own the entire pipeline: strategy, production workflows, quality systems, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

→ Build and manage scalable AI-powered content production workflows

→ Develop keyword strategy, topical authority maps, and content calendars

→ Ensure on-page optimization and technical SEO best practices across all output

→ Lead, train, and grow the SEO content team

→ Track performance, iterate on processes, and continuously improve content quality at scale

Requirements:

→ Deep expertise in SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, topical authority, technical SEO fundamentals

→ Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation (Claude AI, prompt engineering, AI workflows)

→ Automation-first mindset — you build systems, not just content

→ Clear, sharp communication skills — able to lead a team and drive alignment

→ Ownership mentality — proactive, resourceful, and quality-obsessed
