This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in our Faridabad office. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. They will manage social media platforms, monitor web analytics, and create strategies to optimize digital engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency in brand messaging will be a key aspect of this role.

• Skills in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Web Analytics
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and platform management
• Strong Communication skills, including both written and verbal abilities
• Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and lead generation processes is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR or SaaS industries is a plus
