You will own the SEO content funnel from ideation to distribution, leveraging a sophisticated AI-human collaborative workflow to outpace the competition.
Responsibilities
- Strategy and Calendar Ownership: Build and execute a multi-channel SEO content calendar that balances high-intent search terms with emerging AEO/GEO trends.
- AI-First Workflow Design: Architect and refine content creation workflows using LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Gemini) for research, drafting, and optimisation without sacrificing editorial soul.
- AEO and GEO Optimisation: Implement strategies to secure mention share in generative search results. This includes structured data, entity-based optimisation, and authoritative source-first writing.
- Multi-Channel Repurposing: Transform a single pillar SEO piece into a distribution machine, think LinkedIn carousels, X threads, and newsletter snippets, ensuring our SEO efforts drive value across the entire ecosystem.
- Performance Benchmarking: Own the data. You'll track traditional metrics (Traffic, CTR) alongside new-age metrics (LLM Citation Share, Answer Engine visibility) on a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) basis.
- Evolutionary Learning: Stay at the bleeding edge of 2026 SEO realities, pivoting strategies as search algorithms and generative models evolve.
Requirements
- Generative SEO: Good Familiarity with GEO tactics: optimising for LLM citation, semantic density, and verifiable Information Gain.
- Advanced Prompting: Ability to build complex, multi-step prompts to maintain brand voice and factual accuracy at scale.
- Editorial Excellence: Top-tier writing skills. You can edit AI output to be indistinguishable from (and better than) human-only content.
- Semantic Intelligence: Deep understanding of Knowledge Graphs, Entities, and how search engines understandintentoverkeywords.
- Distribution Savvy: A create once, distribute everywhere mindset with the technical skill to execute it.
Qualifications And Skills
- The Track Record: Proven experience in growing organic traffic and, more importantly, visibility in generative search environments.
- The Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO) and AI orchestration tools (Jasper, Copy.ai, or custom API workflows).
- Data Literacy: Ability to pull insights from Search Console, GA4 and specialised AEO tracking tools to prove ROI.
