Job Description

As an AI Sales Representative at Operforce AI, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and selling our AI-driven enterprise Products to small, medium and large Enterprises. You will leverage your expertise in AI, business acumen, and consultative sales approach to engage potential customers, understand their business needs, and close deals that deliver long-term value. This role requires a deep understanding of both technology and business processes, as well as the ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, compelling way.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify and engage potential clients through targeted

prospecting strategies, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up.

Solution Selling:Understand the unique challenges of each prospect and articulate how Operforce

AI's Products can address their needs, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Sales Presentations & Demos:

Conduct engaging and impactful sales presentations, product

demos, and technical discussions to senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within

enterprise organizations.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and

influencers in target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through the buying

journey. Sales Cycle Management:Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing,

ensuring timely follow-up and negotiation to drive successful contract signings.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with engineers, solution architects, product teams,

and support to ensure smooth handoffs and successful deployment of AI Products and Apps.

Market Intelligence:

Stay current with the latest trends in AI, industry-specific challenges, and

competitor offerings to effectively position Operforce AI's solutions as the best fit.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and

forecasts in our AI CRM system, providing regular updates to leadership on progress toward sales

targets.

Qualifications

Experience: MBA fresh grads and MBA interns

Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of the enterprise AI landscape and its applications

across industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

Consultative Sales Approach:Strong ability to uncover client pain points and deliver tailored AI

solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Communication Skills:Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, Data Science, or Business Analytics are a plus.
