Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI & Generative AI Engineer with strong Python expertise to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems and GenAI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable AI solutions, integrating large language models, and delivering real-world business use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Develop and optimize Python-based pipelines for data processing and model inference.
- Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for enterprise use cases.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Deploy models using cloud platforms and containerization tools.
- Work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams.
- Ensure AI systems meet security, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Document solutions and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI / Machine Learning systems.
- Solid experience in Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate).
- API integrations and prompt engineering.
- Model evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes is a plus.
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in enterprise AI projects.
- Understanding of MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL systems.
- Prior exposure to chatbot or AI assistant development.
Education
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
